Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No account registration is required to make purchase. You only need to use your in game User ID.
What information should I provide to make a purchase?
Before you make a purchase you will need to Log In with your User ID. You can find more information of where to find your User ID in game in the Login window.
What kind of receipt can I expect?
Use a valid email to receive a purchase receipt, and keep it for your records
How fast will I receive my items?
Once a purchase is validated, the items will automatically be added immediately to your game account. Please note that you might need to restart the game to see the content of your purchase.
What drop rates can I expect from Crystals and Chips?
CRYSTAL:
Each named Character Crystal contains a chance to win:
- 2% chance for a 4-Star Transformers Character (Always the named character)
- 25% chance for a 3-Star Transformers Character (10% random and 15% named bot)
- 73% chance for a 2-Star Transformers Character (48% random and 25% named bot)
CORE:
Each named character Power Core Chip contains a chance to win:
- The named character G-metal Power Core (5%)
- The named character Gold Power Core (20%)
- The named character Silver Power Core (75%)
